Condition:

Very good, the piece is faded with age and there are two holes in the edge seams on the back of the kami but for display it is ideal, no obvious marks and a lovely aged colour.

Description:

This is a lovely kamishimo for samurai, made of Japanese Hemp (Asa), with lovely dyed komon pattern. The mon or family crest is Kashiwa (Everygreen Oak). Wonderful collector's piece or display item!
