Outer Excellent, the upper inner lining has discoloured somewhat with age.

Description:

This is definitely a favorite, a lovely blue kimono, in rinzu silk, with a self pattern of fans. The decoration is shibori technique with fans/bamboo/ plum blossom as the design. The silk is very soft and hangs beautifully. The lower inner lining is a brick red colour which contrasts well with the blue. Wonderful to wear or display.
