Description:

This is a lovely dramatic jinbaori, for wear in Kabuki Theatre production. It is made of Asa (Japanese hemp) and so is quite stiff, the lining is also asa fabric. There is a large Mon centre back, the ties are dramatic thick padded himo but these can be removed if the garment is to be worn. Wonderful for display, to wear in the theatre or just collect!
