Description:

This is a lovely indigo hemp kimono with Ryozuma (mirror image) design of fireflies and uchiwa (summer fan). The design is hand yuzen with tiny gold embroidered highlights. There are 5 Mon present, these are unusual and I think are a version of the Tsuta (Ivy) Mon. The kimono is unlined and would be for summer. Wonderful collector's item !
